Refund policy

At La Brava Foods, every jar is made in small batches with care. Because Neomi handcrafts each batch and production is limited, we stand behind the quality of every order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@labravafoods.com and we will work with you to make it right.

Depending on the situation, approved resolutions may include:

  • a replacement
  • store credit
  • a refund to your original payment method

To help us review your request, please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may also request photos if the product arrived damaged or if there was a problem with the order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@labravafoods.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important notes

Because our products are food items made in limited quantities, we do not require physical returns of opened or delivered products. We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds, replacements, or store credit in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent claims.

This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from La Brava Foods through our official store.

Non-covered items

The following are not eligible under this guarantee:

  • gift cards
  • final sale items
  • custom or special-order items
  • orders where the incorrect shipping address was entered by the customer
  • issues reported outside the stated claim windows

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
